Thank you for being part of the Competition Program at Star Spirit. Being on a Competition Team is an exciting opportunity to grow in confidence, build lifelong friendships, and learn incredible new skills in a supportive community. Before the season begins, it’s important that every family understands the commitment involved in being part of a team. This agreement confirms that you have read and understood the season pack in full, and are ready to commit to the expectations outlined. Please read the following carefully:

I Understand That:

I have read the Season Pack in full, including all dates, policies, requirements and expectations.

Being on a Competition Team requires full commitment to training sessions, competitions, performances and team activities throughout the season.

Attendance and punctuality are essential. Repeated absences or late arrivals can affect team performance and may impact ongoing placement in the program.

All fees, including tuition, competition entry fees, uniforms and travel costs (where applicable), must be paid on time to ensure my place on the team.

Communication will be sent through the official channels outlined in the Season Pack, and it is my responsibility to stay updated and informed.

I Agree That:

I understand the level of commitment expected and accept the responsibilities that come with being on a Competition Team at Star Spirit.

I agree to support my child (or myself, if over 18) in upholding the values of confidence, community, and continual learning.

I have read the Season Pack and fully understand the expectations and requirements for the season.

I am committed to making the experience as simple, easy and convenient as possible by staying organised, keeping communication open, and being an active part of the journey.
