Friday nights are for extra time in the gym 

Open Gym gives you the freedom to choose what you want to work on — whether that’s polishing a tumbling pass, hitting a stunt with your group, or simply moving through drills that make you stronger and more confident. The music’s on, your friends are around you, and the space is yours.

These sessions aren’t structured classes. Coaches are always in the gym for safety and supervision, but this is independent training time – just the opportunity to take charge of your own progress.

It’s the perfect way to:

  • Build confidence in your skills

  • Learn new things at your own pace

  • Enjoy more time in the gym with friends

  • Feel part of a supportive community

Open Gym takes place every Friday evening from 6:30 – 8:30 pm for athletes aged 8+. Sessions run weekly, except the Friday before competitions and showcases and school holidays.
